Based upon my personal experience I found each of the individuals that I dealt with to be exceptionally professional and thorough. My fiancé is highly OCD and he was impressed with the work we received.

I called SERVPRO after discovering 2 inches of water in my basement! The pipe to the water softener had broken! They quickly went to work sucking up the water! Then pulled up carpet, then set up giant fans to dry the place out.... mold was a concern! They made sure all the pockets where moisture and mold might hang out were dry! I highly recommend them! Working with the insurance company could have been a pain ... it wasn’t because the guys from SERVPRO made sure everything was approved!!!

From the moment I contacted Rachel at SERVPRO after a sewer backup...I felt that things were going to be taken care of. She was professional yet had a kind understanding about her that we were going to be in good hands. 2 hours later wonderful Oracio was at our home with a helper, already cleaning up the horrible mess. They were very hardworking, very reliable...we always knew when someone was going to come out to the house & work. We cannot say enough about Jarod Robb, our project manager. Communication at its finest. There was never any doubt what the next step would be in the process of this cleanup. The sewer backup began on a Monday, & the final dehumidifier left our home a week later. You would never know what we went through because everything looks great. On Friday, January 10th, I witnessed customer service at its best. a resident came down the stairs by our garage where the SERVPRO technicians were working. SERVPRO had a lot of equipment on the floor that would have been a tripping hazard. One of the ladies working for SERVPRO, escorted, by arm, the resident down the hall to the smoke doors to ensure his safety. I certainly appreciated this gesture and so did the resident. Thank you!
